- 1 1/2 cups of brown lentil
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped fresh mint (optional)
- 1-2 mini cuccumbers
- 1/2 cup green onions or red onions
- 2 large cloves of crushed garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 juice of a large lemon
- 1/3 cup olive oil
